ROSIE DURAN
Health Care Access Manager
Rosie is the Larimer Health Connect Program Coordinator. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Colorado in 1998. Rosie received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Technical Communications from Colorado State University and has been working at the Health District since 1998. She has been working with Medicaid and CHP+ for almost 20 years, and the marketplace since its inception in 2014. "I am passionate about what I do and most importantly, I enjoy the families and individuals we serve, knowing that I am truly helping them in a way that makes a huge difference in their lives." In her free time, Rosie enjoys spending time with family, reading and biking.

MYLINH HAN
Health Coverage Guide
Mylinh is originally from El Monte, California, but has lived in the Fort Collins/Loveland area since she was 3-years-old. She has an A.A.S. from Aims Community College, her credentials are R.T.(R)(ARRT), she is a certified Health Coverage Guide and she is fluent in Spanish. Mylinh loves teaching clients something new, helping them to understand what assistance is available to them and empowering individuals to maximize their health and preventive benefits. She also enjoys the ability to extend herself with all of the problem-solving that is involved and helping to trouble-shoot complex issues. In her free time, Mylinh enjoys reading and watching period films.

ROY RAMIREZ
Health Coverage Guide
Roy has a B.A. in Psychology/Criminal Justice from the University of Texas Pan America, and over 11 years of experience in public service; mostly in employment services and case management. He was born and raised in south Texas and relocated to Colorado in 2017. Roy enjoys being able to directly impact the quality of life for his clients. "I have personally experienced many of the issues associated with lack of access to healthcare and I know first-hand how that can affect quality of life. The look of relief on the faces of most of my clients when they leave my office is a tremendous motivating factor for me." Roy enjoys watching movies, reading, birding, playing RPG video games, kettleball training and spending time with his family.

AMINGITA MITCHELL
Health Coverage Guide
Born in Mombassa, Kenya, Amingita has lived all over the world, including the UK, Grenada, Portugal, France, and the US. While there isn’t a specific place she calls her hometown, Amingita has lived in Fort Collins for the past 6 years. She has explored many career paths, most recently working as a pilates instructor, Montessori School owner and teacher, salesperson, and travel agent. As a Health Coverage Guide, Amingita is passionate about helping clients navigate the quagmire of the health system, assisting them get the health coverage that meets their needs. When she has free time, Amingita enjoys biking, skiing, walking, pickleball, and writing poetry.

Originally from Ecuador, Ana has spent the last 10 years living in Colorado. Ana has a bachelor's degree in business administration and has worked in many different fields before joining the Larimer Health Connect team. As a Health Coverage Guide, Ana enjoys improving client's health care results by helping them find the health coverage that best fits their needs. In her free time, Ana enjoys hiking, exploring new places and spending time with her husband and fur baby, Cooper
MONIRAH (MO) GREENFIELD
Front Desk Associate
Originally from Sheridan, Wyoming, Monirah has a strong background in education, working as an Early Childhood Teacher for 12 years and another 3 years in special education. As Larimer Health Connect’s Front Desk Associate, Monirah, who often goes by Mo, loves the opportunity to assist clients in any way she can. She also enjoys learning new things and helping people feel safe and secure when it comes to their health. In her spare time, Monirah enjoys watching movies, shopping, hiking around beautiful Northen Colorado, and spending time with her three cats.

BROOKE COWDEN
Outreach and Education Specialist
Brooke is originally from the Denver area but has lived in Fort Collins for the past several years. She earned her bachelor's degree in international studies from Colorado State University and has worked in the behavioral health field since, both in private and community settings. As an outreach and education specialist, Brooke is particularly passionate about behavioral health, connecting with others, and making an impact community wide. When she’s not at work, Brooke enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and running.

RACHEL LARSON
Outreach and Education Specialist
Originally from Kansas, Rachel has lived many places including Arizona, Florida, Nebraska, Germany and Texas. She moved to Fort Collins in 2021 to attend graduate school at Colorado State University where she earned her master's degree in public health. As an outreach and education specialist, Rachel is passionate about connecting the community to resources that empower them to live happier, healthier lives. In her free time, Rachel enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with her grey and white cat, Holly.
